Founded in 1995, FCCO is a non-profit spay/neuter program for feral and stray cats living in Oregon and SW Washington. We have helped more than 140,000 cats and are the only organization dedicated to providing care for this population of underserved cats. Our annual Furball raises critical funding for our high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter program, which serves 7,000 cats annually. We are very grateful for your support!
